Phases.

We go through a lot of phases.
Long phases and short phases,
Together they’ll sum up to quite a number of days.

But some of us go through it all in just one day.
Together they come and together they stay,
They touch us and haunt us,
Make the blue sky look gray.

All these phases of ourselves,
That build us and break us
Every single day.
